Frequently Asked Questions

Deposit and Cancellation

• A $40 non refundable deposit is required when booking your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your total payment at your appointment.
• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule a booked appointment. Rescheduling within 48hrs will forfeit the $40 deposit. You can reschedule your appointment outside of 48hrs from the appointment at any time online.
• No shows will forfeit their $40 deposit and will not be offered a refund.
• Cancellations will forfeit this $40 deposit.

Arrival and Lateness

• Please aim to arrive 5 - 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will allow enough time for a parking, consultation and lash cleaning preparation.
• If running late please call or message us, we will try to accommodate you based on our availability. However, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service.

Other Artists' Work

• We do not refill other salons or lash artists’ work. Every salon does a different style lashes and use a different lash supplier with different lash qualities. Most time we find an infill impossible due to them not being up to our standard of quality.
• If you currently have lashes from another salon or artist please book a full set with a removal.

Preparation before your appointment

• Please make sure to come with no eye make up. This is to ensure maximum retention of your extensions. Otherwise a make up removal fee of $20 will be imposed.
• No lash lift/perm in the passed 6 weeks.
• To help you relax during your appointment please wear comfy clothes and try to avoid caffeine before your appointment.

Children and Pets

• We do love kids and pets! But due to the nature of our work and our scope of responsibilities please do not to bring any children or pets to the salon.
• Please be aware that if you arrive with a child or pet, your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be charged a last minute cancellation fee of $40.
• Any minors under the age of 18, will need a parent or guardian accompanying them.

Refill Recommendation

• A refill is recommended every 2-3 weeks to keep your lashes full and beautiful.
• Refill price only applies if you have at least 40% of your lashes remaining. If you arrive to your appointment with less than 40% remaining you will be charged a full set price.
• All refills after 4 weeks will be charged the full set price.
• We recommend our honeys to book in for a full set with removal after every 3-4 refills. Lashes can't stick on dirty lashes! This allows us to give your lashes a proper clean to remove the build up of dust that couldn’t wash off during your daily lash cleaning bas. A fresh new set will help with the lash retention and the health of the your natural lashes.
• For every set we are using a different technique. If you wish to refill your existing set with another set please message us first before booking your appointment. If you refill from a natural set to a volume set an additional $20 fee will be applied.

Allergic Reactions

• Eyelash extensions are not for everyone. If you are a first time client we recommend doing a patch test before your appointment. Prior to your appointment you should notify and discuss with us if you have recently experience any of the following:
1. Sensitivity or skin reaction to cyanoacrylate based adhesives, latex or tape
2. Any skin or eye disease, bacterial or fungal infection in or around the eye area
3. Cosmetic tattooing or recent eye surgery
• Eyelash extension carry certain inherent and possible allergy risks like swelling, itching, redness, irritation and/or symptoms of ocular distress that are beyond our technician's responsibility or control. If you experience any allergic reaction within 48 hours of your appointment please call or text us to have the lashes removed. If you need to seek medical attention, you must do so at your own expense.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be given for any services or products provided.
• If you have an allergic reaction to the lashes or adhesive you will not be issued a refund.
